well, i had enough of the clicking, so this afternoon i went and tore my quad apart to adjust the valves. It went better then i thought it would be. the adjusting was easier than the valve part. but, just as any project i ever start always seems to be, i had a small problem. as i was screwing one of the valve cover caps back onto the cylinder, the head of it snapped off. this left the threaded part still in the cylinder head. 20 minutes and one he|| of a head ache later, i had the threaded part out. So its off to the dealer tomorrow to get a new valve cover :grr :grr :grr

i took some needle nose pliers and found a groove in the broken part, and slowly screwed it out. i went to my dealor, and he looked everywhere for one. he didnt hav it. he then remembered about a xr400 in the back. he goes and gets the valve off of that, and it fits. so im in business, and it works great:D :D :D
