im pretty sure its the rod bearing, it knocked and i imediatley shut it off. tried to kick it over and it wouldnt budge.

Standard travel front end...

There's some sort of sticker on a stock cylinder, but nothing on the head to indicate, I would assume if it was ported he would have said so.

The head would be my main concern if I bought this. If the head is OK, then someone can get a good deal here. If the head is marred up, then its going to be a lot more money.

yeh i knw but if the head is messed up or sumn then i got a spare for it i jus figured that if it did only mess up a bearing then it stands a good chance of not bein to awful bad once i got inside the motor plus i really like the bike haha

I was always a PEP man myself until i got the ohlins. I personally think they are VERY nice shocks. Slightly different to get used to, but i really liked them once i was used to them

im not so sure that it was a smart comment, i was just stating what was true. Now that we all know my bike " aint worth 1500 not running" you could very easilly look for another damn bike. ive recieved several offers of $1500 and im trying to get the most out of the $11,000 i have in the machine.
