Need Info On Swing Arms

I HAVE A 2001 400EX AND WOULD LIKE TO NO IF THE OLDER 250R SWING ARMS WOULD WORK BECOUSE I HAVE A 250R SWING ARE THAT IS +4 CAN ANY ONE HELP ME OUT THANKS

Yes they will, I have a +6 250R swinger on mine. They dont bolt right on, but if you make spacers for the pivot bolt it will work. The only difference between them is EX motor offset to the left while R motor centered (you will need a R chain slide if you use an R swinger, mounts are in different location). You can use bronze bushing/cut to length or washers etc..as long as the difference is made up. Otherwise yours swingarm will be able to move left to right...
