PWK Carburaetors have a screw type idle adjustment. It is a black plastic screw with a spring under it on the L side.

SO I WOULD HAVE TO TAKE THE CHOKE KNOB OUT TO ADJUST THE IDLE?

If you loosen it that way then there should be a jam nut to tighten against the carb cap so it wont come loose. I havent had great luck with the Idle screw, doent seem to work for me.

pwk's do not have an idle screw/choke. the choke is the choke and there is a screw on the left side of the carb that you screw IN to make it idle higher.
