I need this guys cell phone or home number. I purchased an exhaust from him 2 weeks ago and he said he shipped it out on Monday March 9, and I haven't heard from him since...and still have NOT received item. Have no idea where he's located or anything. Or which how the exhaust was shipped (fedex, ups...etc???)

I was able to ship your exhaust today. I caught them as the store was closing so they kept the box nd will call me tomorrow with the tracking #. Ill let you know tomorrow.

i have figured out his name is David Garcia...and have searched for his number...there's a list of about 20 of them from California...and thats where he's from..that's all i know...i dont want to call them all and bother those who AREN'T "HIM" though...

after you think he isnt going to send the part or money back you go to Resolution Center and open your complanit up if him and then at the bottom check on Escalate this dispute to a PayPal claim

don't hold your breathe waiting for money from paypal. if that A##^0!3 has money in his paypal account you'll get it, if not they'll send you a sob story. always use a credit card when dealing with questionable people and paypal.

Hope you guys make out okay, years back I had been through the same situation. If they do not have money in their paypal account then you will be waiting until they care enough to add money to their account and send it back! If you paid with your credit card on file than you are better off disputing this with your card company as well. Good luck guys-JOEYD

i also sent him some cash.. what i have done in the past w these situation is to charge them threw the court system for theft. i am a police officer here, so its helps..

Not yet, I just started this today. Contact your local PD to file charges of theft against him. He will have warrants in numerous states, file also through Paypal, or the money order companies.

Hey guys... Just got off the phone with him. Says he had some legal trouble and is getting home tonight. Anyways, he seemed sincere, and says everything will go out tomorrow.

Make sure your PM boxes are clean, I told him to make sure he goes through and gets back to everyone. Hopefully all goes as planned.

I spoke to him as well...he gave me the same story...promised items for EVERYONE will be shipped tomorrow and we will have...or at least I know I will cuz I told him I better...will have our tracking numbers sometime tomorrow...his story seemed truthful...and I did let him know VERY CLEARLY that I will get the exhaust or money one way or another...and he understood...and was sorry for everyones trouble...and is aware a lot of ppl are pissed off at him...

I am back but I didnt leave under my own accord. I dont want to give specifics publicly but if you bought from me I will explain in detail what hapened through PM. Tomorrow the parcel service will ship out the four items I dropped off two weeks ago. Galfer front rotors, dr d slip on, ims brake lever, and 250r front hubs. If you bought the same item elsewhere because you assumed you were ripped off I will refund your money and pay for shipping, actualy that offer stands if you want your money back for any reason. I am sincerely sorry and will do my best to make things right. I would never try to steal from anyone on this forum. Several others purchased parts from me and recieved them very promptly.
