Can the brake lever be brought in at all to accomodate a smaller hand? anyone else have this problem?

i tryed bending mine and broke it day before the race so i made one but if you heat it with a propane torch you should be able to get the bend you need.

I replaced the one on my daughter's quad with one off with a TRX450R. It's adjustable, but doesn't work as well when it's adjusted in to fit her hand.

so would an ASV thats intended for a TRX450R work on the typhoon?

No, I changed the whole master cylinder. I also had to replace the from brakeline. If I remember right I bought a used one off of a DRR. The angled end of the Typhoon stock brakeline won't easily lineup with the TRX450R mastercylinder. Works well now though.

I ended up throwin a nice ASV on the quad and fabbed up a custom stop for it. This lever works perfect for her little hands and looks amazing! Love ASV's
