Let me start off by apologizing if this topic has already been asked.
My question is what kind of software do you need to make those nice pictures with the borders where you can put your sponsors names, your name/number and such. I've been trying to find an example but I can't. I want to make a photo like that so I can send it to all of my sponsors. Pappy or other photo editors you'd probably know what I am talking about.
