Just got done putten her together!

I just got done test riding my 400ex after i put a sparks filter on, 160 main jet, 42 pilot, grinding welds on header, removing snorkle, took off airbox lid, moved needle to 4th clip from top, turned air fuel screw out 3 1/2 turns, removing choke and putting on my R4 slip on. The power difference was awesome! I love what I did with it.

Yea i know but they only had a 160 or a 148 in stock and i went with the bigger one. It runs smooth and doesnt bog, the throttle response is killer, i do need to check my plug though. I will post what I find out about that today.:D

thats about the same setup i started with and i was running a 170 main and it pull even better than the 165 or 160 so you might won't to try one.
