Can a 07 400 body bolt on to a 99 model? if so how?

Dude dat bike iz sweet. I had a feeling they could fit. where do you get the plastic or do you just order the 400 07 body.

you can save a little $$$ if you find a good clean set on ebay ....


i got mine from a friend that is a member on here ... i also got the motor from him ....

ooo you have the 07 motor in it too. thats the 4 valve right. How you like it. And putting the body on it is preety simple right.

the plastic bolts rite up .. but the head light will require you to make a couple brackets ...

all of the 400ex motors are 4 valve ..

oo iight then. imma try it. First imma get a 460 big bore kit in it. and then ill get the 07 body on it. ill show u some pics when i get it done. imma start 3/25/09. Good looking out.

ya its very easy, all you need is the 2 front fenders, hood, light, under light cover and a couple brackets, the bottom bracket wouldnt be that bad to make, but i would buy the top one, i can post a link and tell you wat you need if you want

oya, there stock honda brackets...heres the links

for this link you need 12 and 16, plus the fenders and hood

and in this link you need 1(light) and 6, theres also some rubber gromets that go with it, 8(x2), there for the bottom mount of the light studs to push into.

not really, all it does is hold all of the wire conectors, i bought a kit that had everything you needed and it came with it, but i cant find it anymore or i woulda said just get that kit, but i wouldnt bother getting it
