Get a lot of staples, u'll need them, then get somthing to throw when you get pissed. I staple the front then back while keeping the seat base flexed up, it'll make it tighter that way. Then do each side down 3 or four inches at the same time. If you have a cover with the vinyl sides, use a heat gun to soften them up before you put them on. Hope it helps.
