doesnt look that bad to me, ur plug should be like a cardboard brown...so ur pretty close.

This is not lean, the base ring is black. Looks spot on to me.

The chart I always went off of the electrode/ceramic is a light tan/ brown when its good jetting. I normally have mine a little on the richer side. This is what I use.

yes that is very helpful. it could be a few different variables that gives the tint on the ceramic and the blistered look on the electrode. maybe it is the needle. some of the 250r guys are wizards with jetting, maybe ask for help there.

wow I just found out that different parts of the spark plug indicate where its rich or lean. Also you can tell the timing and what heat range is needed by looking at the plug. Learn something new everyday.
