Hey guys,
I have a 1988 250R I just pulled the engine apart as she was getting low on compression from alot of riding. I am going to be going to idaho this may with some friends to go duning for the first time. I wouldn't mind find a really good engine with a bigger (maybe a powervalve) cylinder already on it. I think that might be easier than me having to send my motor off to get a big bore installed (I live in canada and it is a real hassle for shipping all the time). What would you guys recomend for a cylinder I am a big guy 6'4 230lbs and I ride real hard (lots of mountain trails,winter river riding. I found this engine but what do u guys think the cylinder just looks like a polished stock one to me? Also does anyone have any roll pegs,used aftermarket steering stem,or a stainless rear brake line, or a good asv clutch lever w/perch for sale?
