oil change

i just chaged my 2 400s oil is it common to not have any oil spill from the lower drain plug the filter and the tank drained, but 0 from the lower 10 mm plug. also whats the procedure for chain tensioning, thx 4 all the help. and if anyone needs a twist throttle dual gasser still in the -pack i have 1 extra. il give a good deal on it.

yeah the 10mm bolt under the oil line will not drain oil unless you turn it up its side.

COOL so **** take ing it out next time just dump the filter and tank.../? thx
