Looking for a good gearing for mx riding didnt know if you replace the front sprocket or the rear or both but looking for any suggestions for help!

When I ride the mx track I have my gearing set to 15/38 with 18 inch tires. When I ride trails I put my 20 inch tires on and switch back to 14/38 gearing. IM very light so I can come off the line hard with rr's up. If your heavier you may want to try a smaller front sproket.

no suggestions like if anybody runs a rear sprocket and not a front or a front and not a rear sprocket ?

I think it is different if mines a 07 right?

Yes the 06+ bikes have different tranny gear ratios then the 04-05's.
06+ stock sprockets are 13/36.
04-05 stock sprokets are 14/38.

Yeah 06 and up are different trannies and gear ratios.For MX on my 06 i ran stock with 18's and for woods with my 20's im gonna try a 12 up front.I do have a fully built motor and it revs forever.:devil:
