Yeah goodluck. Burgard's customer service is terrible. I bought a set of Burgard a arms and later bent one of the ball joints. I called burgard to get another ball joint but the guy kept blowing me off. I tried calling several times before I got in touch with someone and when I did the guy said to call him back at a certain time because he wasn't in his office. I tried calling him the exact time that he told me to call him back and he blew me off 2 more times with the same excuse. I finally gave up and straightened out my bent ball joint the best I could with a press. I will never use them again.

yeah, i'm glad i'm not the only one that feels that way towards them, he said they were right,he measured them before they shipped. they should measure exactly 2" longer then stock , right?? i don't have any pics right now.

From the looks of it they are made for standard travel shocks not 19" long travel, I would bet thats your problem.

Is that a true camber guage, or something else? Just curious. I have been looking at the ones that screw onto the spindles, but instead opted for an inexpensive bubble style angle measuring tool to set against the flat portion of the wheel....

Thats a typical square.............exactly what I use.

Use it for caster adjustments also!

James ,..just use a basic angle finder ,..laid flat against the wheel
lay a pc of flat stock ( or almost anything flat)from wheel edge to wheel edge & lay angle finder on it ...
doesnt get any easier than that !

Exactly what I was planning! Thanks!

Sorry to hear about the arms...

As a group of consumers we really need to STOP purchasing from crappy vendors. It only hurts us because they stay in business with no change to their customer service model.

There is a burguarg rep that cruses this forum, try to locate him, you may get some answers that way.
I had to get some replacement ball joints from them once uppon a time it was a strange phone transaction but the parts showed up at my door fairly quick.

Dang thats a lot of negative camber! I have burgard +2's on my r but I have the standard travel version with 450r shocks. It's like the top arms are a little too short or something. Like you have +1 top arms and +2 lower's...but I don't know. Somethin' definitely ain't right. Nice lookin' r by the way.

hey man i think the tires are just gonna be like that being long travel and all. because if you take the shocks off your stock travel a arms and lift the front end up as you pull up the tire go in and as you push down they go out until there completely strait out and then reverse again.

JUST TO LET EVERY KNOW, I MEASURED STOCK ARMS TODAY ....THE BOTTOM ONES ARE 2" LONGER THEN STOCK,AND THE TOP ONES ARE 1" LONGER THEN STOCK....SO I JUST GOT 1"SHORTER A-ARMS FOR THE TOP.

TALK TO BUGUARD TODAY, THERE SUPPOSE TO BE SENDING ME LONGER TOP ARMS.
