jetting

i was trying to figure what the best jetting for my bike is all jets are stock and i only know the pilot jet is 160 and i was thinking of getting bout 165-170 i searched for jetting but didnt really turn up to much thx for any help

you need a JD Jet kit. It comes with everything you will need including recommended jetting specs. Dollar for dollar it is the best money you can spend.

I think he's looking for something a little more immediate and definite according to what jet he should have.

I agree he should get the kit, but until he does, what jets should he run (ROUNDABOUT)?

He would be at sea level also..

yea what scuzz said ill have to order the jets cause i cant find anyone that carrys them instock so prolly wont have them for the Ms. trip

I would try something in the 168 - 172 range.

By the way, it is the MAIN jet that you are refering to, not the pilot. Just thought you would like to know when ordering it.

Is this for the 08 525 outlaw and if so are they just stock jetted bigger than the 07?
