Trx 450r Nerfs on a Trx 250r

I went to the cross compatability chart an it said they would fit without extencive mods im just wondering if any1 out there has done it to there R an if it was fareley easy an some pics would be good on how it looks like an how it was mounted thanx

I've been wondering the same thing myself man! I want the Dana Creech nerfs but I can't find a set for a 250 to save my life! I'd assume all you'd have to do is re fab your mounting locations..

Anyone have any information on this or has tryed it in the past? :)

ya cause i woulding mind running 450r nerfs they look way better an are much more safer i would just like see pic on how people mouted the 450 nerfs on

do a search. there are a couple post regarding this and from what i remember they cant be fitted without do lots of modding.

Sounds like you'd have to refab your mounting locations, might be just as easy to hunt down a set that fit the quad eh?

Does anyone know if they ever made dana creech's for a R? I've never seen a set out there, reason I'm asking is because that big race peg they have is bangin! hah :D

I've seen the Creech bars on E-bay.....ONCE!
I dont know if AC will go out of their way to make a run of these nerfs without a significant demand.
I would definitely like to get my hands on a new pair!

just call ac. i had a set on my 03 laeger 250r & the following year i had them make a set for my 05 lsr/crf. maybe they wont make them anymore. i think i paid like 250.00 for them & had to wait a month or so.

The guy with the creech nerfs for a 250r has them listed again in the hybrid section as well as for sale section. Look for the 3 hybrids being parted out thread..... hope this helps whoever is looking for a set of them.
