will a stock shock bolt up to a no link +6 swinger and is there a reason not to do this?

valving aside it should be really soft ride with a big guy like me on it.

what shock would i need one of the marvin shaw shocks?

or would it be easier to mod the shock mount to work with a link?

You need an eyelet to setup to a no-link. A marvin is probably the cheapest shock you can buy to bolt on. Some aftermarket shocks can be modified to change between link and nolink. Your biggest problem in a custom mod like this is having linkage ratios thrown off.

What about a stock Banshee shock? Thought I read in a thread somewhere about that shock working on a no-link?
