Could anyone help me with a starting point for jetting?

13.5:1 CP piston
Hotrod +3mm stroker crank
Duncan full exhaust
110 octane fuel
NCVQ needle
Before all of this I just had the stock bor cp pistion and had a 170 main, 45 pilot, 3rd clip on NCVQ and it was perfect.
Any help would be appreciated.
