Does anybody hae the IMS 440 kit? If so, how do you like it and have you had any problems with it and was the powergain worth the money? Thanks

I had the IMS 440 kit in mine for nearly 2 years. I had zero problems with it. I ran the low compression piston. It gave a good power gains. I recommend doing some head work and a cam to go along with it. ;)

I second what oynot400 said

I would add an fcr 39 or 41 as well ...

you won't notice a very big power gain with the 440 kit unless you put at least a cam in too. i have rode plenty of non cammed 440's and they were barely more powerful than my stock ex (i would be willing to bet most of the extra power i was feeling was from the aftermarket pipe since mine is stock).

Hey, I just got the IMS Kit put in my fourwheeler. I have had it for about 3 months now. I also got a racing cam by web cam put in along with shortened valve guides, oversized valves, and heavy duty valve springs. It gave me tremendous power gains. I escapically love the power increase in the first gear. It is alot quicker off the starting line. Below is a picture of my quad with too many mods to list.
