i have a bent 2005 polaris trail boss 330 frame.it is bent upwards at about the rear of the airbox witch is just about the center. not an insane amount but it i very noticable. i'm wonder if somone knows how i could straighten it. i'm not worried about it weaking the atv cause it is my moms atv that only gets ridden once a month or so by her. the frame is all one piece. it doesn't have the removable sub-frame like my ex.

Take it to a body shop, if you have one nearby thats willing to help you out.

I'd assume you can just pull it like they do on cars.

I work in a Body shop and I fixed a bent frame on a banshee I had, the kid hit a brick wall in 3rd or 4th gear head on..

Needless to say No matter what you do, as soon as you start beating on the quad or running it hard it slowly sneaks it's way back.. A car frame is one thing because ask yourself this, how many times does your car hit a double or fly through a whoop section? Simply put, your quad frame goes through hell, car frame not. hah

IMO quad frames should either be replaced or fixed/gusseted and closely watched as time goes on!

well then if a frame got bent upwards how would you straighten it?? i was thinking by laying it flat and putting something heavy enough on top to bend it back. like placing the frame on the floor of my shop and lowering something heavy onto it using 2x4's in strategic places to help bend it back.
