My 450r build

well got the quad a couple weeks ago , and put some new wheels and tires , sent the front LT peps to sf racing to get redone , and im waiting to get my spastic graphics ! what do u guys think ?

I like the colored valve cover, and clutch cover....Is that PC or paint? Either way, they look nice.

yea it had beadlocks but they are black and the paint is chipping on them , so im gonna get some new ones ! im pretty sure its PC on them

well i put my beadlocks back on and repainted the rings on them, and got my new Spastic Graphics ! What u guys think ?

i think it looks good but the rear fenders look alil left out with the graphics...mayb some numbers or somthing idk,but looks real nice already!

Bike is looking nice man! Kurt at spastic does some good work! The beadlocks look good, but if you have money down the road id powdercoat the wheels, it will last alot longer then the paint.

yea thanks man , im ordering spastic number backgrounds tonight to match my graphics ! should look really good. My main goal is to make the bike as clean as possible

Haha i was just bout to ask when your shocks were coming man! but it looks great! Just outta curiousity, why didnt you send the shocks to Baldwin instead of shipping them out to sf?

Well my neighbor Matt Shapaka runs Pro-Am and Seth at SF does his shocks and i noticed his shocks were great, so that's why i went there ! And they were sent today so i should have them by this weekend im hoping ! lol

He did an amazing job. Baldwin did the suspention on my 400ex and my 250r and SF did my 450r. My 450 is the best out of all of them so when I get money the 250 stuff and the 400es stuff is being sent to SF.

took it riding last night and when u push the front end down it stays. Talked to seth at SF and he said i need to remove the powdercoat in the a-arm joints ! So im gonna do that then see how they feel

Also dont tighten the nuts down on the a arms and shocks. Just make sue they are snug tight. the a arms should mouve up and down freely. hope this helps.

took the a arms off today and wire wheeled the powdercoat off inside the a arm joints. greased everything and put it back together, shocks seem to work alot better now ! Ill have pics tomorrow of it outside

Looks good bro! The only think i would proboly change would be the hood but thats just a personal preference. If it was me id check out TRP's stuff, cheap compared to quadtech and gen x and nice stuff!

well took her to the track saturday , pulled holeshot 1st moto and won , then pulled 4th outta holeshot 2nd moto and finished 4th. Got 3rd overall , heres some pics
