Need to replace the radiator on an '05 450R and need to know if the '06 and up radiators will interchange with the '05 as they have different part numbers.

They will work. 06up have different fin angles, and I am not sure what else, they are supposed to cool better but I have not seen any info to actually support that.

I just went through the same thing. I have an 05 and got an 06 radiator the other difference is that in the front of the 06 radiator there is now bolt holes for the plastic gaurd that goes under the electronics and around the stem so i just left it out. all the bolt mounts fit the same i hope this helps.
