Could a ATV frame be rhino lined?

Anything can be Rhino lined. Problem you will run into with doing a frame, is every single hole will have to be stuffed with something to keep the lining out of it. That stuff is so thick it will cover up say your peg holes (how you mount your pegs) And it will take you lots of digging to get it out. Also, lots of things might not line up how they are supposed to, like where your triangle engine mounts (the front ones), since its thicker than paint, might be spaced outward 1/4" and then they would not line up quite right with your engine.

yeah the rhino lining is a bit thick will add considerable weight as well. the spray on stuff works well if you add skids and frame guards. and lots of prep work

honestly though if you are going to tear it down go ahead and get it pc'd

my friend owns a rhino linings shop and we have done a-arms and swingarms and yes it is a little on the thick side when going back together with the parts even the best tape jobs still took a lot of trimming. If your looking for a tough texture look that black texture or wrinkle powder coat as some call it is the best way to go
