quick carb question.

My quad was running great before I took it apart. I put it all back together started it up and it revs up hella fast. The diaphram in the carb is not going all the way down...any body know what the problem is???

Did you take the carb apart? Retrace your disassembly and think as to what you did. Make sure the throttle linkage is correct and the cable isn't kinked, connected wrong or hanging up.
