crf450 crank

so i went out to the track today and the motor locked up i pulled it apart and the rod has a really bad tight spot on the crank, can anyone tell me if a hotrods or wisco crank kit is any good to get my motor is a 02 if that maters

never wrecked a crf crank, but I had a couple stroked. started with a brand new oem honda crank, worked awesome and probably as good as or better than anyone else on the market.
