Can someone post a few specs from their manual for me ? I need piston , cyl. and ring specs so i can determine what I need for rebuild.

end gap
piston to bore sizes and clearances,etc.

Check a local library would be my advice. I know i thought it was crazy when i heard it but i finally looked and they had one for a 1984 suzuki lt125 quad lol

The ring gap can be safely set at .004" per inch of bore. Example, a 3" bore would need .012" end gap on the top two rings. I don't know the specific piston to wall clearance for your 250 but I'm shure alittle Googling will turn up a service manual..
