This might be a CR rad valve. Not 100% sure. It came off a running quad. It is sold as pictured without the boot. $40 shipped.

Boyesen has 2 kinds of boot kits that fit the stock and larger size carbs. You'll need to go to their site and specify which one you need. It cost about $14 for clamp and boot kit.

what #s are staped on the side of the radvalve?
it would be the reed area.

That must be a for a CR250? all the ones I have are stamped 04 or 04A
