My 2002 400ex.
Tore it down yesterday/today. Every thing went smoothly besides that damn swing arm bolt. It wouldn't move! After 2 hours of pounding it finally came out.

I'm bringing my frame and A-arms to a friend of mine who owns a sand blaster he is going to do this for me this weekend.

I think I am going to do a black frame, and a arms. (bumble bee look lol :D)

As for motor I got my 450r carb on the way and looking at some cams, and im going to get the timing key. Not really looking to get crazy.

I am also getting a new set of sprockets. 14 front, 38 rear.

Plastics are staying the same besides seat cover and graphics kit.

I'm going to clean every single part, and polish some stuff.

Here are some pics. Will post more when stuff progresses.
