which hotcam is this

i have a hotcam for a 400ex and was wandering if anyone could tell me what it is. the markings on it are HCDB NO:7 i was told it is a stage 1 but i just want to make sure. thanks

i didn't want to call them until i tried on here first. i was going to call them soon cause the original post was a few days ago.

I googled/searched every place I could think of and couldn't find any info using that number. Even the Hotcams site.
I think your only hope is to call them.
Unless the cam has some other numbers on it?
