when you turn the key on and press the start button, it whines over but does'nt turn the moter over ? but sometimes it starts and other times it does'nt ?

Has it had the starter clutch recall service done?

Its your starter clutch. Just had mine done. Get ready to drop $150 in parts.

DONT DROP A DIME IN IT...HONDA HAS A RECALL ON THE STARTERS FOR 07's I BOUGHT MINE AND IT DID THE SAME THING AND THEY FIXED IT FOR FREE...JUST TAKE IT TO YOUR HONDA DEALER AND TELL THEM YOU NEED THE STARTER RECALL DONE
