Here what I have:

Full yosh pipe
UNI filter
Air box lid on
I have a dynojet kit and a Alba jet kit.
I originally started with the Alba kit: Alba needle/forth clip, 160 main, 25 pilot. fuel screw 2.5 turns. Bogged and popped from 1/4 throlttle and up
Alba told me to call Yosh. Yosh tells me to uses stock needle, 155 main, 25 pilot, fuel screw 1.5 turns. Ran much better then the Alba setup up but still had some popping in 2nd gear full throttle at low rpm.
I have since tried ever main jet from 146 to 165 on the 3rd clip and the 4th clip. All bogged.
I now have the bike running again with everthing back to stock. 130 main, stock needle , 22.5 pilot, fuel screws 2 turns. Runs as good as it did stock. No popping accelerating or decelerating.
Any ideas?
