throttle body boring??????

I found a company on ebay that bores the ds450 throttle body from 46mm to 50mm. You send in yours as a core and 250.00. They are claiming a 6hp gain, more throttle response, and more low end. What do yall think.

TB boring alone won't do the trick in fact you'd probably loose more low end torque maybe see a high end gain on this motor…First alot more has to be done to the intake track to get torque up like ports, intake boots need replacing, filter, etc…..Now you got big air but it's slow and lacks pressure and fuel. Now you need a bigger injector, more compression, good exhaust otherwise pointless. If you do it make sure you can get a throttle valve. Best to have someone do your whole intake and exhaust track on a flow bench then tune your fuel delivery to it.
