So my quad is overheating more and more. I was thinking of doing the bypass but I don't know what to do. We are going in a month and a half to the sand dunes so anyone with pics or info please enlighten me. Thanks

Have you tried engine ice yet?

Wash out your radiator. I don't mean the car wash either. Take the radiator out of the machine, take the fan off, lay it over a bucket and wash it out from the back with a garden hose or if your're carefull a pressure washer. I let mine soak and then did it again. Washed it for about 3 hours before I could hold it up to the light and see through it. Even if it looks clean they usually are plugged between the fins. Always wash it out from the back of the radiator when you do just a normal washing after a race or mud riding. It doesn't matter what bolt ons or special coolant you do if the radiator is plugged!

I have heard you have to bleed the coolant system once you put it all back together. How do you do that?
