Between 1-3Hr. It kinda sucks here in San Diego, I cant take any quick rides. Its eather some closer flat and some what boring trails or all the way out to the desert where is it actually fun. And most of the tracks i can't ride at on the weekend or at all.

Dunes! Anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half (depends on what slow driver you get stuck behind on the single lane highway) ;)

Favorite I've ever been to? 15 hours. Little Sahara is totally worth it though;)

Favorite reasonable one is 2 hours

We have 4 tracks within 15 miles of me, add three or four more within 45 miles. The furthest I've been is maybe an hour and a half away. Just don't have time to go much further.

Silver Lake Dunes are about an hour and a half, then decent trails starting at about 2 hours.

My yard--1 minute
my trails down the road--5minutes
My own land--5hours
St. Joe--1 1/2hours

my favorite is St Joe, MO.. (about 3.5 to 4hrs away)

but it more than just "a ride", as its more an entire weekend of camping and "getting away from it all".

to just putt around, we go to the local track about 5mi away.

6.5-7 hrs and still worth it. :D

20 - 25 minutes Croom
60 minutes Dade City
90 minutes Ocala/Hardrock

there are a lot of other places but those 3 are the only ones I would really go to. Hittin up Croom tomorrow.

I believe in the state of Florida they had planned to make more areas to ride so that no one would have to drive over an hour and a half to get to riding spot or something like that.

EDIT: I didnt know it was favorite. Croom and Ocala/Hardrock are pretty B.A. A lot of pros, huge array of terrain and just all around cool. I would like to head either north or west to hit some real big dunes.

I think I will be there for Spring Fling at the end of the month. Went riding today at NCMP. It was 77°. Somehow, we skipped past the 60's and went right to the 70s.

You going to be there that weekend?

Probably so Jon.Austin isn't racing anymore so the only plans we have this summer are just riding for fun....mostly at BPG lol.
That will give me a chance to catch up on some riding myself too since I won't have to be constantly wrenching on the minis.

Sounds good Jason. I will see you guys then. I have a love/hate with racing. It is sort of a wasted day in many ways. If I just run the race practice then you are looking at 3-4 laps and 2 motos of 4 laps. I think I just enjoy riding with friends.

North Texas has WAY better riding spots than Central or South IMO.

Central = rocky and dusty

South = MX or Utility and side-by-sides

It takes me around 2 hours to go to either of the 2 places I ride.
