Hi, i have a 250r with works front shocks that have grooves above the spring and i'm wondering how to adjust them. I thind they are the steeler shock with 2 springs, 1 white and 1 blue.

Also, i did a compression test and came up with 210psi and was wondering what octane to use. Is there a way to drop the compression with a thicker head gasket. I dont have it off yet but i think the head has been milled, not sure though. how much does it raise the compression by using the cr250 gasket.
thanks

u need to compress the springs to get the clip out of the groove of the shock body. 210psi requires the use or race fuel.

Correct! Sounds like dual rate shocks. Move the clip on the shock to adjust preload.
