250R Hubs vs. EX Hubs

Looking to get an used 250R LSR Axle over an EX axle to save some money and so I will need the R rear wheel hubs. Are the R hubs as strong or good as the EX hubs. Should I just spend the extra money and get the EX axle? thanks

I would stick with the 250r stuff. I couldnt see how the ex hubs could be any stronger than the R ones,just make sure you get a decent set with good splines.
