05' wont start

i took apart the left side case so i could get a cap made for the Goki casing and i put it all back together and now it wont start.
I checked my ignition and the temp light (only 2 wires that were unhooked) theyre fine. i dont really know what is wrong. I think it MIGHT have something to do with the Stator idk... Im going to take it appart again later today when i get home from school...
any ideas guys???:confused:

Did the cap you made move the position of the stator? I still don't understand why you don't just get a stock side cover.

The cap didnt move anything, just took over where the Starter was.

i dont have very much $$$ right now. I need a new flywheel if i want to put the stock side on.
AND the Goki cover gives more oil compasity


Im not getting ANY spark or fire.
Ive messed around with it QUITE a bit.

that gear on the flywheel...TORE the HELL out of ALL the stator wires!:(

figured out the problem.
now i need some cash...$$$$$$$...
guess thats what i get for bein a cheap *** and not speding an extra $30 for a flywheel and $20 for a puller.

esspecialy when your 16 and dont have a job anymore.:grr:
