backfire on decel?

My quad just started doing this. It will backfire pretty bad when its revved up and I let off the gas. It just started doing this the last time I rode, So I know its not the jetting. Could the header be loose?

Yep. If you know the jetting is right, you have an exhaust leak somewhere.

Man its gotta be a pretty bad exhaust leak. I haven't had time to check it out. Because last time I rode I was doin a wheelie in 4th gear and tipped it back and it slammed on the left side front and broke the bottom balljoint on my burgard arms. I'll have to go check it out i guess.

100% definately exhaust leak gulp of cool air on Decel mixed with unburned fuel go boom ba boom boom

mine did the same thing.. the flange nuts on the pipe loosened up enough to let air in....
