Ok, I need some help. Besides the obvious differences, what is the difference between the "Sport/Racing Elka's" vs "Replacement Sport"? I know the Racing one's have have a few more things like compression and rebound. But do the Replacment Sport have that. I don't see where they do. Which one is better and why.

What I ride: I ride almost only trails. I will ride a track, but only 1 or twice a year.

So what do you guys suggust?
