Has anybody had there IRS rear end pop really bad. It doesn't seem to be the outers but I don't know for sure. It only does it when I turn. What do you actually replace on the inside of the carrier besides bearings. I have a had a grease zerk in it since it was new and have always kept up on it.

It may be a CV joint going out

yep something is wrong with your cv joint.

I remember when the 500 Outlaw came out I sold about 5 of them and 2 of them came back with this popping noise. We replaced both outer CV joints and it didn't fix the problem and it never seams to actually "fail". Maybe this is just a noise that I will have to live with.
