has anybody ever had a rear axel housing rip out .... is it a big job to fix ..... would it be worth it to buy a bike with a ripped rear axel housing and fix it .... around what is it worth???

If you are talking about the axle bearing carrier, they are about $150-200 to replace (depending on what type of quad it is). What are you looking at buying?

i am not sure what it is meant like ripped out i sent an email to the guy and i havent had a reply yet .....id think it just let g but maybe it would of been riped out of the whole swinngarm but i doubt it ....and ya the rear bearing carrier well at least i think thats what it is

the quad quad is a 400ex 2001 and bored but not sure how big ...with rear and front wheel spacers

wouldn't you have to drop it from a plane to rip that sum'bich out?:D

maybe or like tie a rope to it and to a tree and drive full blast for like 100 feet a let the rope catch and ripe it out anyways still didnt get the info ...ill have to find his number and call him soon
