Does anybody out there have a kx65 mounted in a mini quad frame? If so, what type of modifications or whats needed to make it work? I seen the JB site but Im confused as to what they do for $3500.00 . Do they just build a brand new frame for 3500.00 or does it include something else?

There's alot of KX65 engines in the Cobra chasis. You would run in the 70 shifter or mod class.

Naw, we run harscrambles, dont have to worry about it being a shifter class or not. Just need it to be in the proper cc class. But would those classes apply to TT racing?

i have a drr with a kx 65 motor in it and it wasnt too bad to build, i would suggest building your own swingarm that pivots off the motor instead of the chassis. i kept the link on mine to improve suspension. i have pics but cant get them to computer

In TT you'd be in the 70 Mod class too.

Yea, it was a idea(and still is). It had been done plenty of times. Look on craigslist. You can pickup a complete bike for under $900.00 . Take what you need and partout the rest on ebay or whatever to recoup some of the money.

I have a KX60 that I bought to make a mod out of.

I'll sell it.
