can't get any shots now but mine are from ebay and were like 20 or 30 bucks. i had to bend the tabs the other way on the top to get them to fit though. Steve

Mine mount at the fender mounts at the top and bottom. It was kindof a pain to get the steel bar back in with the scoops on but the fenders are not going anywhere now. I think if I did it again I would just get some small bolts and nuts instead of using the stock hardware inside the scoops. When I go home I can take some pics for you. Steve

^^^ those are just like mine. how did yours fit? I had to bend the top mount all the way around to get it on top. Looks good with the fenders cut too. Mine are on still. steve

sounds good on the pics. Are they molded into the fenders like the 450r's and such(i believe, maybe not) or are they mounted seperate. Steve

no, they are the fender extensions that come with maier plastics. i fabbed brackets for them.

The only reason for you seeing nothing going through the holes is because in 08,Honda changed the fender bracing so i did not have to run the bracing through the holes. I believe on 07's and back the bracing will go through the holes.

I bought the UM from Rocky Mountain as well and my quad is an 06. I didn't re-install the fender support bracket since it didn't seen to want to fit and would look somewhat odd with that going thru the center of each scoop. Are the metal brackets suppose to be installed with these scoops?

I have the same scoops and there's no need for the brackets. the scoops give the fenders support, so no need + its cleaner.
