Wanted trx 250x motor

Im looking for a 87 250x motr for my sons quad can anyone help
all so heard you can swap for 300ex motor whats involed with that

should bolt right up, and I think you have to get the 300ex wire harness

The motors are the same pretty much so you can put the 300ex cylinder on the 250x or put the 300ex motor on the 250 with the 300 wiring harness and put the clutch side cover from the 250 on the 300 so the 300 can have electric start and kick start.
