What to clean the inside of the engine...

I have my bike apart for a build right now and im thinking I may have gotten some debris from cleaning etc. in my engine. I want to somehow rinse the inside before I put it back together. Ive heard a rince with desiel works, What to you guys think?Have the clutch side off right now so it should be simple, just didnt want to ruin any engine part with any chemical.

QD (Quick Dry) Electronic Spray Cleaner.... Red can, found at Napa and Auto Zone, or Wal Mart... Safe on rubber, gets rid of oil, safe on plastics. No VOC. Amazing stuff...

I used Kerosene. You can find it in gallon cans in the paint aisle at your local hardware store, Home Depot, etc.

take it to your local machine shop and use their parts cleaner if at all possible.
