stock cylinder is about 66mm i believe what mm can they be bored to?

depends. 85atc to 87 trx cylinders can be bored to 69.00. the 88-89;s can be bored to 68 . i would never take a cylinder over 68.00 though. hope this helps;.

its an 86 cylinder and its at 67.25mm is it worth looking into? suggestions

the other one we are talking about is pretty much going to be just a spare till the one on my 250r quits working then i can just put that cylinder rite on then
