Wont Start In Gear

my quad used to start in any gear if i had the clutch pulled in and for some reason now it will only start in neutral. Does anyone know what wrong with it?

i would check the wires goin into the the black box on ur clutch lever, they could have come loose, or the box no longer works...

probably some dirt got into your connections. possibly clutch needs adjustment.

alright thanks guys.ill look at it later and let you know if thats the problem.

yup. it was the cdi.i wiggled the wires and it fired right up
