name this frame

my friend recently bought this quad from a national rider back in the early nineties and said it was one of the first arens frames built,but would like others opinions..unique disign and not cracked or broken anywhere definitely oldschool quad here..

i dont thikn that arens ever ran the bottom tubes that close... i have a prp and there about that far apart... it could also be a early leagers... mabie... ive never see one like that...
