Hi,

will a cylinder head cover for a 06 trx250ex fit perfect on a 04 trx250ex?

I am not sure but you could do a little checcking on bike bandit with schematics and check it out. if the part numbers are the same it is for sure otherwise look at the drawings and compare the holes and such. I would say from my knowledge of the 250 that it would be the same since I do not think they changed anything until 05. If someone knows when it is and I am wrong please let me know. The new ones have a different clutch but unless they put a new head which they did not I would say it is the same. There may be something to help to control the rekluse style clutch in it.
